Routinow Privacy Policy

Data the app processes

The app processes the routines and to-dos you create on your device, including task titles, times, repeat settings, completion status, order, reminder settings, and records used to show completion rate, on-time rate, and streaks. It also stores on-device preferences such as text size, sound, and reminder settings.

If your device is signed in to iCloud, the app can use your private iCloud database to sync this content among your own Apple devices. This private database is for your Apple Account. Routinow does not offer a separate account and does not sell this content to advertisers.

What the app does not do

• It does not show ads or track you across other apps or websites.
• It does not include third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, or social SDKs.
• It does not ask you to provide your name, phone number, email address, government ID, or payment-card information in the app.
• Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store and StoreKit; the app does not receive your payment-card information.

Notifications

When you enable reminders, the app uses system notifications at the times you choose. You can turn notification permission off at any time in system settings.

Your controls

You can archive routines and delete to-dos in the app. Deleted to-dos update across your devices according to the system and iCloud sync process. Archived routines and their execution records are retained to preserve history; the current version does not provide a one-tap in-app action to erase all archived routines and history. You can also manage iCloud and notification permissions in system settings.

Children's privacy

Routinow is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. The app has no public social, chat, advertising, or user-content sharing features.
